In 2016, O+D Builders was selected by Bernhardt Furniture Company to construct its first Manhattan showroom. We brought to life award-winning designer Lauren Rottet’s vision — a sleek, monochromatic 20,000 SQFT space. The showroom has been featured by Interior Design magazine, photographed by Eric Laignel.

O+D collaborated closely with the design team and owner’s representatives, delivering the project on a tight schedule while overcoming major construction challenges, including installing massive Calacatta marble slabs and a translucent Krion® wall system.
