O+D Builders coordinated shop drawings and installation throughout the country. The client supplied custom finishes including imported stone and millwork from Italy. The flagship store features two levels of retail space and corporate offices in floors above.

O+D Builders was involved in the complete roll out of 18 stores across the United States with three stores being built simultaneously. This engagement occurred over a two year period with individual store sizes ranging from 5,000sf to 14,000sf. All Saints is a high-end contemporary fashion clothing line based in the UK.

O+D Builders was chosen as the Construction Manager for the long-awaited Bagdley Mishka Manhattan store. This complete gut renovation is located within a landmarked building on the Upper East Side. The scope of work on this 3,500sf townhouse included constructing both open, light-filled spaces and several smaller, individual seating areas. All flooring was handpicked from barns throughout the United States. Custom finishes reflect the excellence of the Bagdley Mishka standard
