O+D Builders played a key role in the transformation of Kimpton’s Eventi Hotel, praised by U.S. News for its “artful transformation.” As Construction Managers, we led the design-build of the ground-floor features and second-floor event spaces, delivering a cool, avant-garde atmosphere while staying on budget and schedule. Working closely with the design team, we achieved a high level of execution - all while the hotel remained fully operational.
