Victor Kutsenok was far more than O+D Builders’ Chief Financial Officer. He was one of the cornerstones of the company, a trusted advisor, a steady presence, and a deeply valued member of the O+D family from the very beginning.
Joining O+D in 2001, Victor played an integral role in helping shape the company through more than two decades of growth, challenge, and success. His command of numbers was exceptional, but what truly set Victor apart was the care, diligence, and integrity he brought to everything he touched. He approached every financial decision with precision, every responsibility with discipline, and every relationship with genuine kindness.
Victor had a rare ability to bring clarity and calm to even the most complicated situations. He understood the business at its core and carried institutional knowledge that could never be replaced by spreadsheets, reports, or systems. His judgment was trusted, his work ethic was unwavering, and his commitment to O+D was constant.
More importantly, Victor was an extraordinary human being. He was thoughtful, humble, dependable, and unfailingly kind. He treated people with respect, made time for those around him, and brought a quiet steadiness to the office that became part of the fabric of the company. For those who had the privilege of working beside him, Victor was not simply a colleague, he was a friend, a mentor, and family.
His passing in August 2026 left an immeasurable void at O+D Builders. While his absence is deeply felt, his influence remains present in the company he helped build, the standards he set, the people he guided, and the relationships he formed over the course of his career.
O+D Builders will forever be grateful for Victor’s loyalty, brilliance, dedication, and friendship.
