Nine Orchard St

Awarded the Lucy G. Moses Preservation Award, the New York Landmarks Conservancy’s highest honor for outstanding preservation, for our façade restoration at 9 Orchard.
Built in 1912 as the Jarmulowsky Bank Building, this historic Lower East Side landmark was carefully restored to its original grandeur - reviving architectural details like the iconic temple-like crown, which had been lost for nearly a century.
